From the Boards: Student Housing Ideas

We've recently been tinkering with some concepts for an off-campus student housing type that includes living suites with shared amenities in an urban setting.  The units generally have four to five rooms with shared bathrooms, kitchen, and living room.  The ground floor could contain retail space or possibly building amenities such as a gym, lounge, or study areas.

The two styles presented are in stark contrast but show RJWA's ability and breadth of design expertise in a multiple of mediums.
